Justifying Jordan On General Hospital…Nope, We Just Can’t Do It!

A recent episode of General Hospital showed Jordan in a way we’ve suspected we’d one day see her, as she took her unbelievably poor cop and people skills to all-new heights.

Jordan laid out her plan for Franco to help her catch the serial killer who has so far completely eluded her — and in the process, she seemed to think nothing of ruining Franco’s life.

Never mind that she acknowledges that she believes he’s innocent. That means nothing to our dear Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry). She wants Franco (Roger Howarth) to claim he’s a cold-blooded killer who brutally murdered the young woman who was like a daughter to him. She also won’t allow him to let anyone in on it.

That includes Franco’s brand-new wife, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst). Say what?! How dare she!

Jordan more than anyone knows how going undercover can ruin your life, especially when you don’t clue in your family. How could she ask this of him? Franco isn’t even on the force.

It’s not his fault that she seems to stink so much at her job that she can’t figure out that Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) is still alive and masquerading as his twin brother Kevin.

Why should Franco’s life be ruined trying to make her case? And if he doesn’t cooperate, well then, she’ll just sit by while he’s railroaded through the system and found guilty because she thinks Margaux (Elizabeth Hendrickson) has a really good case?

What do you think? Post a comment!

Never mind that she believes he is completely innocent of these crimes. If he doesn’t do what she wants, then prison it is — guilty or not

It’s pretty obvious to anyone with half a brain that he’s been set up. No prints were found on the driver’s licenses — Ryan’s trophies, per se.

He has no motive to kill anyone. If anyone bothered to check, he should have an alibi (but we won’t quibble with that one) for a couple of the murders.

Franco has come a long way. He refused to do anything without checking with Elizabeth — exactly how he should handle it.

He made calm, solid arguments. He has every right to tell Jordan to go jump off a bridge or perhaps do her job and find the real killer. Our fear is that she may succeed in her little plot — and that would be a real crime.

General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
