Considering this is General Hospital, Kiki and Griffin aren’t that big of a scandal. So he was dating her mother when they slept together – they were on a break!
Really, compared to how Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly (Laura Wright) first got together, or, you know, Luke (Anthony Geary) and Laura (Genie Francis), Kiki (Hayley Erin) and Griffin (Matt Cohen) are downright wholesome!
Sure, there’s the age difference. And the faith difference. And the whole Ava (Maura West) thing. But do you find this couple anymore icky than anyone else in Port Charles? What more than 10,000 viewers had to say!

Nope, 74% of you are pretty chill about the whole thing. In fact, it was Griffin and Ava who rubbed you the wrong way. She was too bad, and he thought he was too good, for the pair of them to work out. And there was an age and faith difference there, as well.
Griffin and Kiki are actually pretty vanilla together – and apart. He’s auditioning for sainthood while propping up monsters, and she is fighting for truth, justice, and the American Way when it comes to sexual predators.
They’re admirable people, you guess. They’re just not very… interesting. But, icky? Nah, you’ve got to have actual personalities for that.

Damn skippy, they’re icky, 25% of the audience is so upset about this, you can’t be bothered to rhyme.
Griffin slept with the mother. Then he slept with the daughter. Blech, yuck, no. And, no, if Kiki turns out to be Nina’s (Michelle Stafford) long-lost child, that won’t make it any better. It’s the intention, not the letter of the law, that matters here.
Griffin is a priest, which means even tiny sins are still cause to go to hell. And, after his affair with a married woman, followed by sleeping with his girlfriend’s daughter, he is dangling by a pretty thin thread here.
