General Hospital (GH) siblings, Ava and Julian, aren’t having a very good parenting season.
Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly (Laura Wright) have taken full possession of Ava’s (Maura West) daughter, Avery, arguing that the tot is safer in their mob-run household than she is in Ava’s.
Meanwhile, Julian (William deVry) is being kept from his son with Olivia (Lisa LoCicero), because she and husband, Ned (Wally Kurth), believe Leo is safer with them than in his biological dad’s mob-run household.
Wow. Port Charles really likes having its child custody both ways, doesn’t it? But what do the fans think? Should Julian be given access to Leo?
The verdict, according to a whopping 14,000 viewers!
Father’s Day
What’s good for the Sonny should be good for the Julian, argue 55% of you.

If Sonny is allowed to parent Avery — and take Michael (Chad Duell) away from his biological dad, A.J. (Sean Kanan) — then Julian should have at least partial custody of Leo.
Julian didn’t get a chance to raise daughter Sam (Kelly Monaco), and son Lucas (Ryan Carnes), and now they won’t speak to him. (Well, his actions contributed to the deep freeze, too.) Leo should have the chance to make up his own mind, too. If he’s going to turn his back on Julian, he should get to know him, first.
Mob Justice
Sorry, Julian, you had your chance, and you blew it, taunt a dissenting 44%. You put mob life ahead of your son, and now you’re paying the price. Leo doesn’t need another daddy, he’s got a perfectly good one in Ned.
Custody issues come down to the best interests of the child, and it is no way in Leo’s best interests to be thrown into the snake pit that is the Jerome family. The Quartermaines are positively wholesome by comparison!
