It’s not that Anna on General Hospital is exactly a saint herself. It’s just that her twin sister, Alex (Finola Hughes), is so, so much worse. Anna (mostly) kills people for a good cause. Alex kills – and messes with people – for the evulz.

Double Trouble
A winning 67% of fans figure Alex is out after Anna, first thing. Alex has all sorts of weird issues with her lookalike sister, and she won’t be able to rest easy until whatever vendetta it is Alex things she has is settled. In whatever way Alex deems adequate.

Son Set
All the evidence pointed to Anna being Peter’s (Wes Ramsey) biological mother. But, from the beginning, fans have wondered if it might not actually be Alex. Their DNA is the same. And those memories could have been implanted into Anna after the fact. Really. This is totally a thing that can happen on General Hospital. Which is why 14% of the audience wonders if maybe Peter wouldn’t be Alex’s target. Either because he isn’t her son. Or because he is.
A Double V
Both Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and Violet got the exact same number of votes – 7% each. Valentin knows all sorts of things about Alex that she would really rather not get out. That would be a good reason to neutralize him. And Violet… uh…. Violet is an adorably blonde child. Adorably blonde children in peril always raise ratings. Especially when they belong to Hayden (Rebecca Budig) and Finn (Michael Easton).
In Like Finn
Only 5%, however, are worried about Finn himself. Sure, he’s Anna’s love of the moment. But he is neither adorable nor blonde. Him being in danger would be the least interesting. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
