They’re kind of an odd couple on General Hospital (GH). Sure, Liz may have started off bad — remember that cigarette she smoked on her first day? Bad to the bone, our Liz is!
But her last few decades have been spent as a caring nurse and a devoted wife and mother… who sometimes has trouble figuring out who fathered… each of her three children.
(For those playing bingo at home, the winners were Zander, Jason, and Lucky, while the losers were Lucky, Lucky, and Nikolas.)
Franco (Roger Howarth), on the other hand, started off as evil. As in killing evil. But then — magic brain tumor! — and all was forgiven and forgotten.
Now, he just periodically locks people up in cages. But it was for Liz (Rebecca Herbst)! And Franco loves Liz! Plus, he’s super-good with kids, even creepy weird ones like Jake (Hudson West).
So Liz and Franco are a match made in Heaven, right? Here’s how over 3,000 of you voted.
Plop, Plop, Friz, Friz Forever!
We are in the Friz Biz, cheer 67% of you. What’s more soapy than a reformed bad girl reforming a bad boy? And Liz had further to go than most to make Franco presentable.
After serious — downright grim — guys like Lucky (Jonathan Jackson), Nikolas (Tyler Christopher), and Jason (more the Steve Burton version), Liz deserves someone who’s a little goofy. And artistic. And only a touch homicidal.
Kill It
Franco is a killer, remind 33% of viewers. Uhm… that’s pretty much it. He’s a killer. He’s a bad man. He set Michael (Chad Duell) up to get raped in prison. Liz has children in the house. She should keep them safe. End of story.
