Kim and Julian’s relationship has been on the rocks for quite a while on General Hospital. She’s still reeling from her son, Oscar’s (Garren Stitt) death and Drew’s (Billy Miller) refusal to have another child to replace the one they lost.
Drew has always been a bit of a thorn in Julian’s (William DeVry) side. Kim (Tamra Braun) loved him years earlier and always wondered why he never tried to reach her from Afghanistan. Well, now we learned for he did for two years and she never got the letters. Then, seven years ago, memory mapping changed everything.
But now Drew remembers… sort of. The memories he lost have been implanted into Franco (Roger Howarth). Franco thinks he’s Drew. And he planted a kiss on Kim, to prove it.
Will the return of her lost love — in any form — prompt Kim to break Julian’s heart? What over 10,000 viewers suspect will happen:
No Doubt About It
Oh, it’s on, 87% of you predict. Kim has wanted answers for years, and now Franco is finally in the position to give them to her. She can rebuild the life she once dreamed of for herself and Oscar — even if he’s no longer around. In fact, Kim might even decide to have another child with “Drew,” and live out that life. Liz (Rebecca Herbst)? Who might Liz be?
And in this grief-enriched fantasy of Kim and “Drew” and baby makes three…there’s no room for Julian. Or even Charlie.
Not A Chance
A much smaller 13% of the audience believe that Julian and Kim can work through this. First of all, “Drew” doesn’t look the same. Second of all, Kim already got to know the new “Drew.” And he appears to be a much nicer guy. Why would she want to go back to the earlier, inferior version?
And, finally, Drew is Kim’s past. Julian is her future. She’s a smart enough woman to realize that. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
