You Gotta Have Friends: Who Else Should Be Included In Franco’s General Hospital Story?

On General Hospital, it often seems like Franco is in too many stories that do not involve him. But now Franco (Roger Howarth) has a story which touches multiple people — but should it have more? What almost 7,000 fans had to say about Franco taking on Drew’s (Billy Miller) memories:

Great Scott
Does Franco’s dad, Scott (Kin Shriner), even know what’s going, 59% of you are wondering. You realize this is an odd father-son relationship. Scott didn’t raise Franco. He didn’t even know the child existed until he was a grown man.

You can’t really blame Scott. According to Heather’s (Robin Mattson) timeline, Franco was conceived before she and Scott even met. Nonetheless, doesn’t he deserve a head’s up?

Couple Power
Jason (Steve Burton) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) are also required to be involved in every storyline, so 25% are wondering why they aren’t in this one?

Jason is Drew’s long-lost twin, and Sam is one of Franco’s former victims, not to mention Drew’s ex and the mother of his daughter. Plus, they always have something to say about other people’s business.

Mama’s Boy
Franco’s adoptive mom, Betsy, garnered 7% of the vote. She did her best with a very difficult kid. Shouldn’t she know he’s someone else now? That he’s the other kid she raised for a while, then gave away?

Dealer’s Choice
A minority 5% voted for Other. We presume they mean Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly (Laura Wright). They have minimal connection to Franco, but Port Charles is their town, and if someone chose to do something without getting their dispensation, there may be trouble afoot!

At Last
