Let’s talk about this, shall we? Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) presents her sunshiny strands the same day a big and bad mobster starts threatening Carly Corinthos. Oh, and she’s setting out to get a tan. Coincidence? We think not. We predict that this is leading to a deadly mix-up that will cost Gladys her life.
Gladys Corbin Suffers for Carly Corinthos’s Mistakes
Poor Gladys is really just trying to live her best life. Okay, okay, she’s trying to push her son into joining a deep and dark mob world so he can climb his way to the top and provide for her with dirty money. Hey, everyone has goals, right? General Hospital spoilers reveal her previous brush with death only solidified her wanting Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) to get that cash.
This has all the makings of a great death story. Gladys schemes a little too hard and is in the wrong place at the wrong time when a hit goes out on Carly Corinthos. She’s seen from behind talking to a bigwig from one of the families, is assumed to be Carly, and bing, bang, boom, she’s dead as a doornail. Poor Gladys takes a bullet not meant for her at all.

Where will this leave Carly, though? Will she play along since what’s done is done? Why come forward when no one will know she’s not the one swimming with the fishes? She can at least duck for cover long enough to get revenge.
Brando Corbin Fights Back
GH spoilers hint something like this will definitely push Brando Corbin to live the life his mother wants for him. He will want to avenge her death and what better way to do that than to officially join the Corinthos family enterprise.
