First, GH spoilers teased that Valentin Cassadine thought he was the illegitimate son of Mikkos Cassadine. Which made him a Cassadine. Then he found out he was the illegitimate son of Helena Cassadine. Which, technically, didn’t make him a Cassadine.

Now, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) has learned he’s the illegitimate son of Helena and Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy). Which makes him a Cassadine again. So what will he do about this newfound family connection? Over 2,000 General Hospital viewers predict multiple options:
Slow and Steady
GH spoilers have usually shown that Valentin has always been desperate for a family, 58% of the audience points out, which is why you speculate that he’ll choose to keep his distance from Victor at first…but then come around. He’ll make a point of being stubborn and snotty, but he’s always wanted a daddy, and this is his best chance to get one – on his terms.
GH Spoilers: Compare and Contrast
Victor may not be the parent Valentin spent his oft-repeated tragic childhood talking about, but 23% of the fans predict Valentin to come to the following conclusion sooner rather than later: Victor is better than Helena (Constance Towers).

When we go back to the early 1980s and the great Cassadine island adventure, Mikkos Cassadine (John Colicos) was the baddest of them all, Tony Cassadine had a change of heart at the last minute – and got frozen along with Alexandria Quartermaine, for his trouble – and Victor was kind of… in between. This is as opposed to Helena, who enjoys cursing people. And killing people. Victor looks pretty good next to her.
Get Lost
A last-place 19% speculate Valentin to reject Victor altogether. His “uncle” could have come and rescued him at any time, instead, he left Valentin to suffer. Valentin has his own family now, with daughters Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) and Bailey (she’s not his, but he doesn’t know that yet). He doesn’t need any latecomers.
