For weeks on General Hospital, all viewers knew about Austin was that he was a doctor… with the tendency to wander around the woods and deliver random babies. GH spoilers hint romance may soon be on his radar but with who?

We now know that he is actually Dr. Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth), son of Edward Quartermaine’s illegitimate son, Jimmy Lee Holt (Steve Bond), and his wife, Charity. So, he’s a doctor who might also become a very rich man. Those are pretty darn attractive qualities. And here are the women almost 2,000 voters, based on the chatter, predict Austin to attract:
General Hospital: Same Old, Same Old
More than half of you, 56%, figure Austin – who looks like no character (or two) you’ve ever seen in Port Charles before – speculate that he will fall for a woman he might have known…in another life. Elizabeth Webber Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) is a sad widow, and the main thing she has in common with the fellow circling her now is that they found a dead body together. Austin should look pretty good in comparison to that.
GH Spoilers: Jail Bird
Alexis Davis (Nancy Grahn) has been dealing with prison, is single, and ready to mingle, 23% are predicting. We know Alexis totally loses her mind the second a man so much as smiles in her direction. Austin is a friendly guy and was nice when she was his patient for five seconds. She’ll be desperately throwing herself at him in no time.

How about Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), 17% of the audience speculates. Now that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is marrying Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) for mobby reasons, she is free to meet a new man…so new that he doesn’t know about what she’s been up to in the olden days.
General Hospital: Carly Hardy
Only 4% voted for Carly. They must be remembering that other guy Austin doesn’t look like who almost married Carly. Or maybe they’re thinking about a couple of college kids from over 30 years ago in the sleepy town of Corinth, PA.
