The GH spoilers recap for Wednesday, January 5, 2022, features Tracy Quartermaine proving that she’s smarter than the average bear, and Alexis Davis finally deciding what she wants to be when she grows up: a newspaperwoman!
Tracy (Jane Elliot) is as sneaky as she is suspicious…and she’s one mighty smart lady. In no time flat, she figured out what the rest of Port Charles hasn’t in the last seven months — that baby Bailey and Louise are one and the same – but what does she plan to do with this information?
Let’s hope it’s not something devilish, because Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) already has designs on ruining Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) life, and what better way to strike out against her than hurting Bailey? Boy, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) sure is going to regret throwing his support behind his supposed pops.
Oh, and speaking of baddies, Peter August (Wes Ramsey) offered Martin Grey (Martin E. Knight) a boatload of money to represent him, and Martin greedily agreed. See what happens when you have three ex-wives, a new lover, and a sick mother to feed? Make better choices, Martin!
Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) needs a personal life STAT! Luckily for her, she’s got Dr. Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) in her corner and offering to be her wingman. But might all this lead to something more?
Meanwhile, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) floored Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) with the news of Luke Spencer’s death…or “death” since this is a soap opera. The women mourned their mutual lover but made no mention of having both had him. It wasn’t the time or place.
One day, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is thinking about becoming a professor at PCU, and the next she’s agreeing to run The Invader for Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore). If only every out-of-work person could be so in demand.
Opposite this, Alexis’s would-be/should-be girlfriend, Harmony (Inga Cadranel), stuck her foot in it by telling Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) he should respect Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) point of view. Can you imagine…a man on this show caring what a woman thinks and/or feels?
