The GH spoilers recap for Wednesday, January 19, 2022, features Elizabeth Webber Baldwin trying, and failing, to live her best life, Sam McCall inviting herself to Carly Corinthos’s pity party, and a thaw between Curtis Ashford and his pops.
GH Spoilers Recap Highlights
All Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) wanted to do, was have a night on the town with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). Nothing too fancy. A good meal, some fine wine, and flirty banter would have done her.
But alas, fate is a cruel mistress. First, the duo had to spring into action when Marshall (Robert Gossett) took ill. Then when all seemed well, Cameron Webber (William Lipton) had to go and take a vase upside his head…and what else was Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) supposed to do but hit him? He and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) just let themselves into her rented abode and set about being sneaky. She thought he was a bad, bad man come to capture Bailey!
Even after all the above, Finn and Liz still wanted to try and make a go of it. And that’s fine and dandy…except that come the morning, Liz finds Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) standing at her door, ready to impart some terrible news. Will this woman ever get a win?
General Hospital Recap: Me, Me, Me
In case you haven’t heard, Carly (Laura Wright) is mad at Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). He hurt her feelings. He kept a secret from her. And he keeps insisting on trying to work things out between them. The monster!

Sam (Kelly Monaco) thinks that Carly has every right to be salty, and she lets her know. She’s also brought beers, and a shoulder to lean on…because it’s not at all weird to see those two acting like girlfriends.
GH Spoilers Recap: Forgive and Forget
Just when it seemed like Curtis (Donnell Turner) was ready to write Marshall off, his dad went and had an attack of something – but don’t ask him what. That’s classified…just like everything else about his past. Rather than let that bother him, Curtis decided to be the better person and extend an olive branch.
