Jane Elliot’s latest run as Tracy Quartermaine has come to an end — for now. The character, who resurfaced in Port Charles last April, left town last week for Amsterdam to help put her late husband Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) affairs in order with his sister Bobbie Spencer (the late Jacklyn Zeman). But expect the character to return in the not-too-distant future.
