Stunned General Hospital fans are still reeling over the death of sweet nurse Sabrina this week. After all, the character finally returned to the canvas in May after Sabrina left town with Carlos last winter.
Carlos returned to Port Charles (unwillingly) before Sabrina–and then managed to get himself killed before Sabrina made her comeback.
Of course, actor Jeffrey Vincent Parise is still around, now playing Carlos’s good guy twin brother, Joe. Just as actress Teresa Castillo’s final scenes aired this week, Parise took to social media and spoke for Carlos.

While there’s already a proverbial blood bath in Port Charles, we’re sure it would be so much worse with Carlos around.
