Kirsten Storms Return to General Hospital Has Fans Feeling A Certain Way!

This week on General Hospital, Kirsten Storms returned to the role of Maxie, picking up right where her replacement (and good friend!), Molly Burnett left off.

Storms was off for a little while and has come back to find Maxie doing battle with Claudette (Bree Williamson) over Nathan (Ryan Paevey). Soap Hub asked if you were happy to have Kirsten Storms back. Your response wasn’t too surprising.

Who Doesn’t Love a Good Storm
After 3,500 votes were cast, an overwhelming 96% of you said yes! While Burnett did an admirable job of filling in, of course you’re glad Storms is now back on the show. It just hasn’t been the same for you without her spunky version of Maxie. You can’t wait to see how she digs her claws into Claudette. You know that sparks are going to fly!

Sunny Skies
A mere 2% of you said no, that you weren’t glad the actress is back. Perhaps you worry it’s too soon, and you want to make sure Storms is completely ready to return. Maybe you just started watching and fell in love with Burnett’s version and now you’re losing “your” Maxie.

Don’t worry – just keep watching and we’re sure you’ll come to love Storms’ version too. There could even be a small percentage who miss the original child actress who played Maxie, Robyn Richards, or even Jen Lilley (now Theresa on Days of Our lives), who played Maxie for a while.
