Breaking The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal Kevin’s quest to find out if he’s a daddy is officially over.
The Results Are In!
The DNA results bring heartbreak for the Genoa City heartthrob when he finds out he’s not Bella’s daddy. Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson), on the other hand, finds relief. Kevin finally has the truth and hopefully will stop hounding her about her daughter.
However, this isn’t the end of Kevin’s (Greg Rikaart) plight to be in Bella’s life. Despite not being the little girl’s dad, he still wants the chance to be the father figure Bella needs. With her real father out of the picture (or at least, he doesn’t know she exists), Kevin argues Bella will need a man around and Chloe could use the help.
Kevin Still Wants Bella Anyway!
He wants Chloe to move back into their home with Bella. It was once the place where they were a family. They fell in love in that house, and they raised Delia (Sophie Pollono) together under its roof. He can’t imagine Bella not being the same way.

Does this mean Billy’s the dad?
If the DNA doesn’t match Kevin, that means Billy (Jason Thompson) is the father of another little girl. It makes sense after all the comments about Bella looking exactly like Delia.
