General Hospital Star Scarlett Fernandez Gets New ‘Do Good Cause

A young girl’s long hair can be very meaningful to her and when that young girl is also an actress, it could mean even more — but that didn’t stop General Hospital star Scarlett Fernandez from making a huge change recently to her gorgeous long locks.

The young thespian recently shared a picture on Instagram of her new short hairdo that looks absolutely adorable! But it’s what she did with those leftover long locks that have us at Soap Hub smiling at her generous and big heart.

“10 inches of hair headed to an organization who makes wigs and hairpieces for kids who have lost their hair to Alopecia or during cancer treatment!” said the caption on her post. That is certainly an incredibly worthy cause and will mean the world to the child who gets that wig.

As for General Hospital, Port Charles hasn’t been seeing much of young Charlotte around these days and considering school’s out, there’s a good chance Charlotte will be out of sight, probably attending camp.
