Fan-favorite Lisa LoCicero plays loving mom Olivia Falconeri Quartermaine on General Hospital. Recently, the actress suffered a deep personal loss and shared the news of that loss with her social media followers.
Lisa LoCicero Pays Tribute To Zelda Twilight Princess
“Rest easy Zelda Twilight Princess,” shared Lisa LoCicero (Olivia) on Twitter. “[My son] @lukas_jann named you when he was in Kindergarten, and a better family pet has never lived.. 17 beautiful years…” LoCicero included in her post a broken heart emoji, emphasizing her feelings on losing her beloved dog.
LoCicero’s social media followers are posting condolence messages. Her GH pals are also letting her know she has their support. Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis Davis), Dominic Zamprogna (Dante Falconeri), and William deVry (ex-Julian Jerome) each posted on LoCicero’s message. “So so sorry, Lisa and @lukas_jann,” Grahn wrote. “Aww Zelda!! No!! Sorry Lisa..” wrote Zamprogna; deVry added, “So so sorry Lisa.” The latter two actors added multiple heart emojis after their posts.
Olivia And Ned Bond Over Leo
Animals, in the form of endangered species, were a recent focus of a GH episode in which the work of real-life environmentalist photographer Joel Sartore was featured at the Jerome Gallery. The educational and entertaining evening turned dramatic after Olivia’s son Leo (Easton Rocket Sweda) went missing. Ned (Wally Kurth) figured out that Leo might have headed to the water as children on the autism spectrum, which Ned suspects Leo may be, are attracted to water.
Fortunately, Ned and Olivia found Leo by Pier 54 and the family shared an emotional reunion as Olivia has started to realize that she needs Ned in her life. Soap Hub sends condolences to Lisa LoCicero and her family at this difficult time.
