Her character might be hated and responsible for the heartbreak Finn is about to feel on General Hospital (GH), but actress Kathleen Gati is beloved by fans for her humorous take on villainess Dr. Liesl Obrecht.
This weekend, Gati celebrates her birthday. The actress was born August 13, 1957, meaning she turns 60 years old on Sunday.
After getting her soap start with a brief stint on All My Children, Gati spent five years in Hungary after moving there for a film role. After moving back to the United States, she had small roles in films and TV before landing the part of Obrecht in 2012.
She’s been wreaking havoc in Port Charles ever since, infuriating us and making us laugh all at the same time.
Soap Hub wishes Gati the happiest of birthdays and you can too with the Twitter buttons below.
