As the teen scene heats up on General Hospital with the homecoming dance right around the corner, Ashton Arbab, who plays Dev, will be heating up the small screen outside Port Charles.
Ashton Arbab: New Project
Arbab took to Instagram to preview A Babysitter’s Guide to Monster Hunting, the new Netflix humorous thriller set to debut on October 15.
Netflix describes the film like this: “Recruited by a secret society of babysitters, a high schooler battles the Boogeyman and his monsters when they nab the boy she’s watching on Halloween.”
A Babysitter’s Guide to Monster Hunting also stars Tamara Smart, Oona Laurence, and Tom Felton. Netflix assures us that the 1 hour and 36 minutes spent watching this Halloween-themed movie two weeks before Halloween will be a “frighteningly fun family adventure.”
Arbab asks to check under your bed on October 15, because this film will definitely have some bone-chilling surprises.
The 17-year-old actor and musician made his General Hospital debut in the winter of 2019 when Sonny (Maurice Benard) ran into Dev on the streets of Turkey while trying to find Dante (Dominic Zamprogna). Dev helped Sonny out and when the teen turned up in Port Charles, Sonny took him in and pretended he was his cousin so Dev wouldn’t get deported.
During that time, Dev has struck up a friendship with Sonny’s stepdaughter Joss (Eden McCoy), as well as her BFFs, Cameron (Will Lipton), and Trina (Sydney Mikayla). Right now, it looks like a love quadrangle is forming as there is much confusion on who has feelings for whom. The homecoming dance should offer a lot of drama and maybe sort some things out for this quad of teens.
