Breaking General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, October 18 promise a variety-filled day of mystery, romance, parenting, and a little hospital saving.

Heather Has the Answer?
Franco (Roger Howarth) certainly doesn’t want Liz (Rebecca Herbst) moving out of town to find a new job, so the next best idea is to save the hospital. He thinks he knows how to do it, and it involves his crazy mother. Franco visits Heather (Robin Mattson) tomorrow and says he knows she knows something that can help, but wants to know what it is. Yes, Franco, how can your mother of all people save this hospital? This should be a good one.

Fayden Fun
Meanwhile, Finn (Michael Easton) also needs saving, and Hayden (Rebecca Budig) is always there to do his bidding. Tomorrow, she makes a bold move to help her friend. Might it involve getting him more drugs to keep him going just a little while longer?

Naxie News
On the Naxie front, Nathan (Ryan Paevey) is thrilled to have a daughter, although Maxie (Kirsten Storms) is still not buying it. Claudette (Bree Williamson) offers for Charlotte to spend the night with Nathan and Maxie, but little does she know there’s another DNA test out there. At the same time, Griffin (Matt Cohen) struggles to come to terms with a choice he made.

Anna Needs Something New
Anna (Finola Hughes) has been in quite a rut of late and especially down because Julian (William deVry) is a free man. Sure, she managed to catch Paul (Richard Burgi) within a day of returning to PC, but she needs something more to do. Tomorrow, she ends up discussing a new job opportunity with Andre (Anthony Montgomery). Could just the act of discussing send Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) into a tizzy?
