General Hospital Spoilers (GH): There IS A Twin…But Whose Twin?

General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Monday, September 25 promise a day of emotional anguish and emotional mysteries. You won’t want to miss a moment of this dramatic hour.

Double Trouble?
Franco (Roger Howarth) finally gets his adoptive mother to admit there really was a twin, but she tells him it wasn’t his twin, meaning Franco doesn’t have a brother. (Well, he could, but that could be a story down the line.)

Franco wants to know whose twin his no-longer-imaginary friend is, and spoilers reveal he’s asked to keep a secret. Something tells us it’s Jason’s twin, and Franco will be dying to tell somebody–anybody.

Will This Jason Survive?
Meanwhile, the man we think is Jason (Billy Miller) seems to be waking up and coming out of his coma, but then Sam (Kelly Monaco) is begging him to hang on.

Will he have a seizure and leave us just one Jason in the end? Of course not, because two Jasons are always better than one.

What About This Jason?
Ava (Maura West) now knows that Patient 6 (Steve Burton) has some sort of Port Charles connection and faces a moral dilemma over what to do about him.

While she mulls over helping another human or making sure she’s pretty, Griffin is pestering Valentin.

Griffin’s Dilemma

Nelle’s Offended
Nelle (Chloe Lanier) is a little nervous about Michael’s (Chad Duell) generous apartment gesture, and Carly (Laura Wright) has to make a comment to freak out Nelle some more. Is the comment deserved? All we know is that Nelle is not happy to be essentially labeled a black widow.
