General Hospital Spoilers (GH): It’s War! Carly Goes After Nelle!

General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Wednesday, April 19 promise an emotional episode as Carly’s devastated due to Jax facing jail while Nelle just wants to be heard. You won’t want to miss a moment of this edge-of-your-seat episode!

Woman Scorned
Carly (Laura Wright) vows to punish Nelle (Chloe Lanier) as the younger woman wants to take the high road.

She heads to the police station where Carly is with Jax (Ingo Rademacher), but Carly wants her gone. Nelle insists that Nathan (Ryan Paevey) needs to hear what she has to say.

Meanwhile, Michael (Chad Duell) tells Sonny (Maurice Benard) that she should leave town immediately.

Interesting Offer
Griffin (Matt Cohen) makes an offer to Finn, who balks at it. Brad’s (Parry Shen) anger about his situation intensifies.

Furious to see people constantly either coming to Finn’s aid or covering for him, he goes to Griffin and tells him that he feels it’s his duty to tell him what he knows about Dr. Finn.

While Brad’s trying to sabotage Finn (Michael Easton) once again, Hayden (Rebecca Budig) isn’t sure about the future.

Finn is feeling needy and is looking for reassurances from her. As much has Hayden may want to make him feel better, she lets him know she’s not going to make promises she isn’t sure she can keep.

Out in the Open
Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) have been hanging spending quite a bit of time with each other and acting awfully familiar–so much so, that when TJ (Tequan Richmond) spots them, he asks if they’re a couple now. Will they tell him the truth?
