The General Hospital serial killer storyline will take another turn next week as someone else dies. So far, nobody significant has died, but that may change in the coming days.
According to the September 19 issue of Soap Opera Digest, General Hospital head writer Jean Passanante shared, “Someone wanders into the wrong place at the wrong time and it will definitely be shocking because this is not anyone who appeared to have a particular bone to pick with the killer.”
Soap Hub has come up with a few possible victims and outlined reasons why they are at risk. Remember, this is pure speculation.
Fans love the character but let’s face it — Sabrina overheard a very damning conversation earlier in the week between the killer, Paul (Richard Burgi) and Ava (Maura West). Now, she has no idea about him being a possible killer, but if he’s planning to throw the case against the man accused of killing her child’s father, that just won’t do! If the show wants to continue this storyline and keep Paul on the canvas, it would seem important to neutralize Sabrina. Of course, with Sabrina gone, it would clear a path for a possible Michael (Chad Duell) and Nelle (Chloe Lanier) pairing.
How many times can Monica (Leslie Charleson) luck out and not become another one of Paul’s victims? He’s tried to kill her a couple of times and the good doctor keeps surviving. She’s good at that, though. After all, her own husband Alan tried to kill her (when she was having an affair with Rick Webber), but she survived his reign of terror, too. While she seems to have more lives than a cat, eventually her luck could run out. Will it be at Paul’s hands?
How much more damage can Claudette (Bree Williamson) inflict on Nathan (Ryan Paevey), Maxie (Kirsten Storms), and Griffin (Matt Cohen)? She’s done what she came for, wreaked havoc with all of their relationships, and now what’s left? Of course, if she ends up dead, there are three fabulous suspects whose lives she can continue to terrorize, even in death.
