The General Hospital recap for Thursday, October 28, 2021, features Willow Tait and Michael Corinthos making plans for the distant future, Alexis Davis resigns herself to having scum for a nephew, and Cyrus Renault does his best to get under Sonny Corinthos’s skin.
General Hospital Recap Highlights
Call her crazy, but Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) doesn’t want to be proposed to as a way to distract from an argument. She wants it to come from a place of love. So selfish that one; never pleased with what she’s got.
Luckily for her, Michael (Chad Duell) is ready, willing, and able to wait forever for her to say yes to the question he popped. Willow promised it wouldn’t take that long.
As for the cause of all of the tension between Michael and Willow – which would be one Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) – she spent the episode not so subtly threatening Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and reminding her how low down and dirty she is. Also, Sonny (Maurice Benard) was way happier with her in Nixon Falls. Them was fighting words, but for the first time in years, Carly didn’t rise to the occasion.
GH Recap: That’s Not A Monster, That’s My Family
Once upon a time, Alexis (Nany Lee Grahn) believed that Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) was the best of the Cassadine lot. Now, she’s definitely sure that he could give Helena a run for her money – though he still isn’t as crazy as Mikkos. That guy was on a whole other plane.
As a result, Alexis is resolute in her decision to see her nephew punished for his role in Hayden Barnes’s (Rebecca Budig) near murder – even if that means she’ll serve out the rest of her years (that’s years with an ‘s’) long sentence. Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore) is worth it.
General Hospital Recap: Little Lies
Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) aren’t the least bit sorry for what they’ve done to Nikolas and Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West)…but at least the latter is capable of feigning remorse; Spencer can’t even muster up a hallow ‘sorry.’
Cyrus (Jeff Kober) isn’t the least bit sorry for the evil that he does…in point of fact, he revels in it all – which is a big ole problem for Sonny. Will this good mobster ever be able to defeat the bad mobster? He asked Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) what went down when Cyrus did…and it got Portia thinking…could their mystery man work for Cyrus?
