The General Hospital recap for Friday, June 11, 2020, features a continued look back at the 2019 Nurses Ball.
General Hospital Recap Highlights
To the delight of everyone in the ballroom, Anna (Finola Hughes) said yes to Finn’s (Michael Easton) proposal. Even grumpy old Robert (Tristan Rogers) was heartened to see his ex so happy.
While the newly-engaged pair retired to an upstairs suite, the show continued on. Liesl (Kathleen Gati) and Franco (Roger Howarth) performed an unforgettable Guilty duet. Cameron (William Lipton) performed North Star – an original composition for which the actor earned an Emmy nod. And Ava (Maura West) put a sultry spin on Frankie Valli’s Can’t Take My Eyes Off of You.
Messages From Beyond the Grave
Josslyn (Eden McCoy) braced herself, then played Oscar’s (Garren Stitt) final message. In it, he implored her to live life to the fullest. And he wanted her to begin right then and now…by performing the song they composed especially for the ball. So, that’s what she did.
Common Sense
Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) did her utmost to dissuade Sam (Kelly Monaco) from involving herself with Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) but it was to no avail. Instead, Sam persisted with her deception and acted as Shiloh’s biggest fan.
Can’t Keep A Good Villain Down
Laura (Genie Francis) and Curtis (Donnell Turner) managed to survive the fiery death that Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) arranged for them…but only by the skin of their teeth! Laura insisted on taking a helicopter back to Port Charles and Curtis managed to get a warning to Detective Chase (Josh Swickard). Ryan Chamberlin was alive, (not so) well, and headed back home!
Mind Your Business Nina
Back at the Metro Court, nosy Nina (Michelle Stafford) involved herself in Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) business, which inadvertently alerted Shiloh to the fact that his favorite (former) “Dawnie” had produced a child! General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
