The General Hospital recap for Monday, March 23, 2020, features Jordan coming to a number of startling realizations, Sonny and Jason putting two and two together, Violet learning a valuable lesson, and Nikolas’ face getting yet another slap.
General Hospital Recap Highlights
A frazzled Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) was desperate for answers about TJ (Tajh Bellow) and she was certainly in no mood to discuss her problems with either a concerned Curtis (Donnell Turner) or a questioning Sam (Kelly Monaco).
While Sam conned Curtis into a “let’s discuss your weird acting wife” breakfast, Jordan awaited Harmony’s (Inga Cadranel) arrival. When the woman appeared, Jordan was shocked that she had not brought TJ along with her.
But Harmony had even worse news: TJ wasn’t coming home until Cyrus (Jeff Kober) was freed from prison. Jordan gasped when she realized that not only would her nightmare never truly end but she had forever tainted her reputation as a policewoman.
Afterward, Curtis stormed into the apartment and demanded some answers but he was interrupted by the arrival of Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Jason (Steve Burton). They had been alerted to the arrival of Cyrus’ illegal wares and both concluded that Jordan was being blackmailed over TJ’s safe return.
Anna and Finn: Where The Heart Is
Anna (Finola Hughes) and Finn (Michael Easton) gleefully surprised Violet (Jophielle Love) with their wedding announcement and the plans they had made to include her in the ceremony – and were promptly informed that she wasn’t interested. “I don’t want another mommy.”
Luckily, Finn was able to rectify the situation. He explained to Violet that Hayden (Rebecca Budig) would always be her mommy, that no one would ever replace her, and that it was good to let as many people into your heart as possible.
Doctor Britch Is Back
After assuring Peter (Wes Ramsey) that she is completely on his side, Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) reported to work at General Hospital – a rehiring that Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Felix (Marc Samuel) were less than pleased with.
After trading barbs with her most hated foes, Britt saw Nikolas’ (Marcus Coloma) and promptly slapped him across the face and admonished him for his treatment of Spencer (Nicolas Bechtel).
Elizabeth stood up for her ex – an act she later claimed to regret – and Ava (Maura West) silently concluded that her plan to push her husband and Nurse Baldwin towards one another might have legs after all. General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
