General Hospital Recap: Spencer’s Mission Really Is Josslyn!

The General Hospital recap for Wednesday, October 17 features Spencer telling Sonny his true reason for returning to Port Charles… and it’s very sweet.

A Little Corinthos
Sonny (Maurice Benard) welcomed Spencer (Nicolas Bechtel) back and asked him to listen to his grandfather talk about his mother.

Spencer revealed he was there to see Joss (Eden McCoy), having seen her breakup on social media. He then suggested she make Oscar jealous but was upset she chose Cam for the mission.

Laura (Genie Francis) caught up with Lulu (Emme Rylan), asking her about Peter after seeing a picture of them in the paper.

She warned she’s rubbing Dante’s nose in it. Laura admitted things are still off with Kevin. Later, Lulu realized Maxie’s jealous because of Peter.

A Little Bit Fishy?
Maxie (Kirsten Storms) overheard Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) try to talk Sasha into giving Nina (Michelle Stafford) a chance and admit he’ll love her until the end of her days.

He made an impression because Sasha tracked down Nina, who apologized for her overbearingness of the previous day and presented her info on her relatives, which won Sasha over enough to cancel her flight. She also told her that Valentin changed her mind.

Peter ran into Valentin, who apologized but also gave him a hard time. Peter wondered if he resented that as he’s being forgiven, Valentin is falling farther from grace. He told him he believes he can win Nina back and will. Later, Laura arrived and told Valentin off… again.

Second Chances
Drew (Billy Miller) left a birthday message for Oscar before Peter (Wes Ramsey) stopped by. Drew asked if his memories were restored, would it erase the last five years. Peter said yes to the best of his knowledge. Peter advised him there’s no peace in looking backward.

Sonny dropped by and the two had a long-overdue talk, but he then warned of all who would be hurt if he flipped.

Oscar’s Plot
Oscar (Garren Stitt) enjoyed Cam (Will Lipton) being mean and the two discussed how much time Oscar has left — and how he should stop being a jerk to Joss.
