General Hospital Recap: Spencer Buries The Hatchet In Ava’s Back

The General Hospital recap for Friday, July 30, 2021, features Spencer Cassadine being all sorts of evil, Wiley’s family coming together to celebrate him, and Harrison Chase pushing himself to his limit.

General Hospital Recap Highlights

Having lulled Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) into a false sense of security with his olive branch, Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) proceeded to make her feel guilty for still allowing herself to lean on Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). As a result, Ava promised to cease all contact with her soon-to-be ex-husband – for his safety.

GH Recap: Celebration Station

Despite the day reminding her of her own child’s passing, Willow Tait Chase (Katelyn MacMullen) soldiered on, determined to make her stepson’s birthday a roaring success; and luckily for Willow, Michael (Chad Duell) was on hand to offer his support.

At the main house – which Alan Quartermaine gave to Monica, don’t you know? – Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) was perturbed by Austin Holt’s (Roger Howarth) arrival – and his close interaction with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

Austin further compounded Brook Lynn’s troubles when he made it a point to share with Chase (Josh Swickard) a “dream” he had of hearing two women conversing soon after Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) had delivered her baby. Might the good doctor know that it’s Louise resting in “Bailey’s” bassinet?

General Hospital Recap: Asked and Answered

Color Elizabeth Webber Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) confused (and fans too). Years ago, Nikolas told her that he was the one that had Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) shot, and then he changed his story days later; so, at exactly which point was he telling her the truth? Nik swore left, right, and center that he was an innocent man, and Liz said she believed him…but did she really?

GH Recap: Minor Miracle

After making nice with Austin and chatting with Brook Lynn, Chase took an opportunity to get away from the crowd and into an empty room. With that mission accomplished, he then took to practicing standing on his own accord – another qualified success!

Won’t Willow be so proud of him? Probably. But first, she’s gotta deal with that strange woman who’s come knock, knock, knocking at the mansion’s front door.
