The General Hospital recap for Thursday, July 15, 2021, features “Mike” inching ever closer to remembering exactly who he is, and what he’s all about, and whole lotta other characters reckoning with their place in the mob hierarchy.
General Hospital Recap Highlights
“Mike” (Maurice Benard) accompanied Phyllis (Joyce Guy) and Lenny Caulfield (Rif Hutton) to the latter’s doctor’s appointment in New York. The resulting news wasn’t exactly positive, but “Mike” did have flashes of memory when he stumbled upon a cap that greatly resembled the one worn by his father.
Meanwhile, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) made their way to the same hospital in the hopes of tracking down the helicopter pilot hired by Peter August (Wes Ramsey).
Valentin made Phyllis’s acquaintance, and immediately recognized her as the woman who helped rehouse Nina’s infant daughter; Anna scoped out a hallway, totally unaware that her old pal Sonny Corinthos sat behind one of the doors…
GH Recap: Married To The Mob
Ellie Trout and Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) are no more. Yet another casualty of the Corinthos Organization…but Spinelli is totes okay with that. He loves Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and the mob lifestyle more than his wife anyway.

The exact opposite is true for Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), however. She’d love nothing more than to play happy family with Brandon Corbin (Johnny Wactor) and their little babe…but not if he continues to insist on joining his dead cousin’s crew.
And it appears that he just might be doing that. He really impressed Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) when he stepped in and kept her from scratching Joey Novak’s eyes out – and she, in turn, put in a good word for him with Jason. And speaking of, Jason really could use a Jason once he assumes the top spot beside his new bride.
General Hospital Recap: Baby Blues
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) let Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) know in no uncertain terms that she has her number – but then she promised that she’d honor Maxie Jones’s wishes and keep quiet about the whole baby diabolical…even though it’s hurting her precious Valentin.
