General Hospital Recap: Sonny and Carly Head Upstairs…To Bed

The General Hospital recap for Monday, October 4, 2021, features Sonny Corinthos and Carly Corinthos deciding to put the recent past behind them and move on with their lives…as if that will be some easy feat.

General Hospital Recap Highlight

Carly (Laura Wright) is still spitting mad over the whole Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) situation, and she’d like to know why she had to hear about it from Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), rather than her husband. My bad, says Sonny. All is forgiven, assures Carly. Up to the bedroom they trot, because it’s not at all too soon, and Carly isn’t going to think about Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) in the least.

I did a bad, bad thing, explained Nina to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). Wow, keeping Sonny from his family was bad, says Curtis; they agree that Nina’s not at all a bad person.

I’m very lonely, confided Curtis. My ex-wife is gone, my would-be girlfriend hasn’t had much to do with me. I’m gorgeous, and the world is against me.

Enter Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait – maybe Chase (when does that annulment come through?); they’ve learned about Nina’s actions, and they want to yell at her. Once they’re done, Curtis tells them that Nina’s not at all a bad person – she just did a bad thing. Michael and Willow ponder this.

General Hospital Recap: The Jig Is Up

Can you ever forgive me for stalking Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West), Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) asked his father. Never! Not in one million years. Now get out, shouts Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). After Spencer does just that, Nikolas and Ava decide that they’re going to forgo the divorce and continue living as a dysfunctional functioning couple.

At Kelly’s, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) learned that her wicked plan had been foiled by Trina Robinson’s (Sydney Mikayla) ingenuity and Spencer’s attack of conscience. She was not at all pleased.

Over in Monte Carlo, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) were hot on Dallas Kirby’s trail. Color them shocked to realize their quarry is a striking female brunette and not the striking male brunette they pictured.
