The General Hospital recap for Wednesday, December 2, 2020, features Sam continuing to spiral, Cyrus readying himself to throw Julian right under the bus, and Maxie desperate for some answers.
General Hospital Recap Highlights
The Corinthos home was a hub of activity, as Dev’s (Ashton Arbab) belongings were boxed and preparations for his funeral were being discussed. Sam (Kelly Monaco) watched impassively from the sidelines, still concerned about her continued participation in such a dangerous lifestyle.
A conversation with a reticent but resigned Josslyn (Eden McCoy) seemed to confuse her all the more, as did a subsequent chat with Carly (Laura Wright) who insisted that the only thing Sam needed to power through was an abundance of love and mother courage. It didn’t exactly help Carly’s children, but the words seemed to smooth nonetheless.
The Reign of Terror Continues
Cyrus (Jeff Kober) offered Brando (Johnny Wactor) some hallow platitudes about Dev, put him in charge of arranging a face-to-face with Sonny (Maurice Benard), then sat about arranging Trina Robinson’s (Sydney Mikayla) kidnapping!
Sonny agreed to meet his rival…but insisted that Cyrus arrive alone. And though he did show up with Brando by his side, Sonny allowed him entry. Then Cyrus surprised his host by insisting that he was there to give him everything he was looking for.
Nagging Doubts
An on-the-mend Finn (Michael Easton) was escorted by his lady love back to her abode. There, the duo was greeted by Peter (Wes Ramsey), Maxie (Kirsten Storms), and a house lovingly decorated by Violet (Jophielle Love).
The quad’s conversation was initially light and cheerful. But Maxie darkened the festivities by demanding some answers about Alex (Finola Hughes). Why had she attempted to usurp Anna’s life? Why did she shoot Finn? And why was she so interested in Maxie and her unborn baby?
Anna hemmed and hawed and successfully side-stepped most of Maxi’s questions. But to say that Maxie was left unfulfilled would be an understatement. General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
