General Hospital Recap: Sam Burns Her Way To Independence From Jason

The General Hospital recap for Tuesday, July 6, 2021, features Sam McCall declaring that she is woman, hear her roar, and Carly Corinthos and Jason Morgan making their intentions to clear.

General Hospital Recap Highlights

Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) tactlessly announced to Willow Tait Chase (Katelyn MacMullen) and all and sundry that his mother and Jason (Steve Burton) planned to wed – which sent Sam (Kelly Monaco) into a bit of a spiral.

The always helpful Liz Webber Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) fortified her frenemy with the hard stuff, then talked her into setting ablaze mementos of her life with the one some call Stone Cold. Their actions attracted the ire of the PC Fire brigade – who called Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) – but Sam took an unapologetic stance on the whole issue.

GH Recaps: Loud and Clear

After (finally!) cluing Josslyn (Eden McCoy) in on their intent to marry, Carly (Laura Wright) and Jason (Steve Burton) headed for the Metro Court, where they were forced to put on a show for mob don Vincent Novak.

Elsewhere, or, to be exact, a few floors above, Britt (Kelly Thibaud) and Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) basked in the afterglow of their lovemaking – then decided to celebrate the holiday by dining – or, more precisely, drinking – at the very same bar hosting Jason and Carly. #Awkward

General Hospital Recaps: Sparks Ignite

Over at the Quartermaine mansion, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) made yet another nuisance of herself – which didn’t go over very well Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson), who’d just told Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) she needed to keep Maxie Jones far away from baby BLQ.

Opposite this, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin Quartermaine (James Patrick Stuart) indulged in some play with sparklers…only for the latter to singe her fingers. Valentin tended to her wound with his lips – then they made their way to Anna’s!
