General Hospital Recap: One Couple Sadly Ends And Another Begins

The General Hospital recap for Monday, April 12, 2021, features Willow following her heart, Jordan and Curtis calling it quits, and Peter explaining the flaw in Valentin and Anna’s plan.

General Hospital Recap Highlight

Michael (Chad Duell) paid Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) a visit and was amused to find her at an impasse with the recently purchased mattress she’d failed to drag up the stairs.

A pall momentarily descended on the revelry when Michael insisted on discussing his recent break-up with Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) and his desire to pursue a relationship with his former wife – in spite of her love for Chase (Josh Swickard).

But then, joy of joys, Willow admitted she wanted Michael too. Chase who? And since there was already a bed in close proximity, the two decided to forgo retiring to the bedroom and merely remain where they were.

Meanwhile, Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) swung by Curtis’s (Donnell Turner) new club, full of hope that her estranged husband was interested in reconnecting.

He was not. Instead, Curtis wanted to discuss divorce. No, he hasn’t fallen out of love with Jordan; but he doesn’t have an ounce of trust where she is concerned. And if you can’t completely trust your partner, what’s the point?

Best Laid Plans

Peter (Wes Ramsey) was stunned to find himself held at gunpoint by Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) – and he was left even more so after Anna (Finola Hughes) zapped him with a taser.

Valentin and Anna were sure that they’d finally hit upon the best solution for everyone concerned – deport Peter to parts unknown – but their victim had a trump card to play. If he goes down, he’s taking one of Anna’s loved ones with him.

Mama Drama

Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) had a lot to figure out. Of the utmost importance, who’s going to care for baby Louise once she’s born? Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) sure isn’t an option. Ditto Robin (Kimberly McCullough).

Britt promised to figure out a viable option…and she swore that if push came to shove, she’d take the secret to her grave.

Sweet Dreams

Chase was feeling the worse for wear, post-Italian feast. Looks like we’ve found out who consumed that cup of poisoned coffee. He decided to tough out his “food poisoning” alone and without a doctor’s supervision, you know, like a manly man.

In his weakened state, he hallucinated Willow begging to return to their apartment and pick up where they left off. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
