The General Hospital recap for Thursday, February 4, 2021, features Nina making a promise to herself, Anna and Valentin making connections, and Dante making himself scarce.
General Hospital Recap Highlights
Nina (Cynthia Watros) joined Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) at Nathan’s grave and indulged in a spot of nostalgic memorializing. The subject quickly turned to Maxie’s upcoming marriage to Peter (Wes Ramsey) and the scrutiny that the two of them face as a couple.
But since Maxie wasn’t about to take Britt’s sound advice that she find another man to marry, she had to make do with Nina’s rallying pep talk that told her to eschew the opinions of naysayers and depend only on her heart.
Then, the trio came together as one and declared that they would allow their bonds as friends and family to help them move forward. In the aftermath of her empowering speech, Nina declared that she would be seeking a relationship with her grandson…come hell or high water. She might have been denied a future will Nelle (Chloe Lanier), but she will know Wiley.
Fresh Heir
Finn (Michael Easton) and Anna (Finola Hughes) debated the merits of him uncovering Chase’s (Josh Swickard) true paternity, though Finn remained on the fence as to whether or not the whole exercise would be worth it. In the end, however, Finn did indeed take an opportunity to swipe Chase’s DNA-laden water bottle.
Memory Exercise
Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) visited Anna and the two of them discussed all the information she had gathered since he sent her down the proverbial rabbit hole. Between Dr. Kirk’s death, his supposed treating of Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), and his relationship with Liesl (Kathleen Gati), Anna is, understandably, suspicious.
Add in Franco (Roger Howarth) and the memories he possesses of Peter and Drew Cain conversing at a time Peter has never admitted to, and she’s practically apoplectic.
Separation Station
With Liesl’s order ringing in his head, Dante struggled to dress himself and ensure his discharge from GH. Enter Sam (Kelly Monaco), who agreed to take responsibility for his wellbeing and his nourishment.
The two left for a bite to eat at the Metro Court where they had an awkward run-in with Jason (Steve Burton), who was awfully interested in Dante’s firing from The Invader. General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
