The General Hospital recap for Friday, January 4 features a self-defense class that could have gotten super dangerous.
With a serial killer running around town, Chase (Josh Swickard) held a PCPD self-defense class and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst), Nina (Michelle Stafford), Maxie (Kirsten Storms), and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) showed up for it.
Nina had some choice words about both Aiden and Willow because how dare they accuse Precious Princess Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) of wrongdoing. After all, she apologized to Aiden (Jason David) and will never make a horrible mistake again.
Nina went so far as to accuse Aiden of just being oversensitive. Maybe it’s a good thing she never raised her own child, because she’d likely get a whole lot of things wrong.
Willow attempted to be diplomatic and kindly told Nina she might have the situation wrong. She was thrilled when Chase called her up to do a demo and she could get away from the bickering parents.
Maxie was the one left to playing referee and seemed pretty horrified by Nina’s poor behavior.
Over at the convalescence home Sonny (Maurice Benard) worked that Sonny magic and lo and behold, Marcus decided to let Yvonne stay and even be friends with Mike. Isn’t Sonny amazing?
At Charlie’s Pub, Lulu (Emme Rylan) moderated a mayoral election debate between Ned (Wally Kurth) and Laura (Genie Francis) because it’s Ned Runs For Mayor Part 3. (OMG! END THIS!)
While Ned said his business skills wholly qualify him to be mayor, Laura correctly pointed out a government is more than just a business. A government is about people and although business is a vital part of a government, it’s just one part.
Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) showed up and threw his support behind Laura. Later, Laura searched for Sonny in the dark at the boxing gym and Ryan showed up looking ominous and creepy.
General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
