General Hospital Recap: Michael Was Reunited With His Son

The General Hospital recap for Thursday, February 20, 2020, features a tender reunion, arrests being made, interrupted father/daughter time, and more.

General Hospital Recap Highlights

At the Corinthos house, the assemblage continued to denounce Brad (Parry Shen) who tried in vain to explain his reasoning for keeping the truth to himself. When he suddenly realized that he revealed Wiley’s location to Nelle (Chloe Lanier), Michael (Chad Duell) and Chase (Josh Swickard) rushed to the apartment.

Meanwhile, Carly (Laura Wright) phoned for a squad, Brad was promptly arrested for kidnapping and perpetuating a fraud and dragged from the house while Lucas (Ryan Carnes) stood by barely emoting — heck, even Julian (William de Vry) seemed sorrier to see his loathsome son-in-law being taken away.

Lies Compounded

Michael and Chase arrived just as Nelle was exiting the apartment with Wiley in hand. Rather than search for his girlfriend, Chase hung around and listened as Nelle spun a cover story about Brad literally prying Jonah out of her arms and substituting his deceased baby.

Surprisingly, dim-wit Michael wasn’t buying it. “First of all Nelle, you’re not going anywhere…as far as this whole story goes…NOBODY is going to believe that.”

So, the police were summoned (wonder if it was the same squad car transporting Brad?), Nelle was cuffed and Chase discovered an unconscious Willow propped up in the hallway. And since Chase is a superman he scooped her up and carried her off to the hospital — or at least downstairs to a car which he drove there.

Monster Before Her

Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) paid Cyrus (Jeff Kober) a visit and tried her best to extract a confession from him concerning the murders of her DEA friends. She didn’t get one, but she did figure out enough to know that Cyrus is aware of the men’s identities as agents, their deaths, and everything she and her family have been up to in the years since his incarceration.

Interruptions

Taggert’s (Real Andrews) catch-up with Trina (Sydney Mikayla), and interrogation of Cameron (William Lipton), was interrupted by him catching Curtis (Donnell Turner) lurking outside the restaurant.

Jordan interrupted the men’s standoff and forced Curtis back to her office where she denied his accusations that she had slept with Taggert and gave birth to Trina.

Taggert followed them and agreed with Curtis’ insistence that he be told the truth about what is going on between the former partners. General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
