The General Hospital recap for Wednesday, April 28, 2021, features Maxie and Brook Lynn deciding to make the best of a bad situation, Liz getting the shaft, and so much more.
General Hospital Recap Highlight
Out came Brook Lynn’s (Amanda Setton) padding, and an explanation for it. To say that Maxie (Kirsten Storms) didn’t react well to her frenemy’s scheme would be an understatement.
And color Maxie further shocked to hear Brook Lynn suggest that she be given custody of baby Louise. Much ranting and raving ensued, but finally, Maxie relented and decided that she didn’t really have any other option.
Stay In Your Lane
Finn (Michael Easton) is a man who does not like to be questioned or second-guessed at the best times. So, when considering the fact that he’s embroiled in a major crisis with his son that could end his life, perhaps it wasn’t the best time for Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) to demand some answers about Chase’s (Josh Swickard) unorthodox treatment.
Her punishment? Banishment to another floor of the hospital. That’ll teach her to worry about the proper procedure!
Out Of Sight, Out Of Mind
In Nixon Falls, Jax (Ingo Rademacher) informed Nina (Cynthia Watros) that Michael (Chad Duell) had agreed to consider letting Nina in Wiley’s vicinity…but that wasn’t good enough for Nina.
No, instead she’d rather stay in her new little town, with her amnesiac friend and the woman who helped steal her baby. It’s just so much more peaceful there than it is in Port Charles. There aren’t any men with guns…There aren’t any secrets that need keeping…hmmm…why exactly does she want to continue on there?
Back in Sodom and Gomorrah, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) bemoaned the fact that Chase’s condition refused to correct itself so that she might break his heart and return to Michael. Michael told her she was a Saint for being there for her ex, then turned the discussion to the whole Nina/Wiley situation.
Battle Lines Drawn
After singing Jason’s praises to Liz, Laura (Genie Francis) chanced upon Cyrus, and the two siblings engaged in yet another contentious confrontation.
She told him to shape up or ship out; he called her judgmental and threatened that she’d better choose a side before one is chosen for her. Riveting stuff. Not at all rinsed and repeated, General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
