General Hospital Recap: Marshall Tells Curtis: ‘I Am Your Father’

The General Hospital recap for Monday, November 15, 2021, features a not at all pleasant family reunion, Scott Baldwin doing a bad, bad thing, and Gladys Corbin realizing that she’s been played for a fool!

General Hospital Recap Highlights

No bait-and-switches here. The mystery man who’s been shadowing Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), and Curtis’s supposedly dead father are one and the same. As if he was really going to turn out to be any else. As if it was a coincidence that the guy was sitting a few feet away from Curtis while Curtis shared his tale of childhood woe with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr).

But why did Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) and company believe this Marshall (Robert Gossett) fellow was six feet under when he was alive and well? Good question. Marshall promised Curtis that he’d explain everything…just not right now. He’s got some other place to be; and besides, Curtis is a little too upset to deal with an exposition dump.

GH Recap: Best Laid Plans

Scott (Kin Shriner) wants Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) back something fierce, and he’s prepared to do anything to make that happen…even if it means getting Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) an immunity deal.

So, while he sets about greasing the wheels of justice, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) got down and dirty by psychologically torturing Russell the Crete prison guard. Now, why she’s okay doing this, and not okay with shooting Peter August (Wes Ramsey) on sight is a fact known only to Anna…but Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) was totally impressed with her badass side, so…bonus!

Anna and Valentin were both spitting mad when they learned that Victor was about to get exactly what he wanted – and Scott was left chagrined when Victor walked right past him without revealing Liesl’s location. At least Anna and Valentin know to look on Cassadine Island.

General Hospital Recap: Fool Me Once…

Gladys (Bonnie Burroughs) may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer, but she knows when she’s been played – and boy did Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Kip the bartender/Kip the aspiring actor (Artie O’Daly) play her. Revenge will Gladys’s, and it will be sweet.

General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes. For more about what’s coming up in Port Charles, check out all the latest that’s been posted on GH spoilers, and for an in-depth look at the show’s history, click here.
