The General Hospital recap for Monday, October 25, 2021, features loose lips endangering several ships, and conformation that Nikolas Cassadine is just all kinds of awful.
Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) doesn’t ask for much…just the finer things in life…and that they all come free of charge. And say what you will about Gladys – and Lord knows that people do – there’s no denying the fact that she’s actually a very efficient secretary. Perhaps a little too efficient.
Because now, she’s got her hot little hands on a recording that features Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) admitting outright that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) isn’t Bailey’s biological father! Luckily for Brook Lynn, she didn’t continue running off at the mouth and confess that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), and not she, is the baby’s biological mother.
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) didn’t exactly do a crime, but Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is hell-bent on making her do some time – and in Pennsylvania to boot! For a hot minute, Nina planned to fight the extradition from Port Charles, but Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) cautioned her against doing so…and Scott’s a pretty good lawyer, so hopefully, he knows what he’s talking about.
Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) went to Crete looking for Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) – and though they haven’t succeeded in their mission as of yet, they did get a lead courtesy of Russell, that tall drink of water who’s never met a boss he didn’t yearn to betray.
But while the intrepid duo set off for Cassadine Island, they may want to watch out for the threat posed by their old friend – and we use that term loosely – Nikolas (Marcus Coloma); that feller is up to his eyeballs in Peter August (Wes Ramsey) and Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) tomfoolery.
