General Hospital Recap
The General Hospital recap (GH) for Friday, July 20 features Nelle and Drew sharing some really twisty bonding time and Drew was not quite sure what to make of it.
If anyone should know a thing or two about killing, it would be Drew (Billy Miller). In his actual life, he was a Navy SEAL, trained to kill in defense of our country.
In the life he remembers, he was Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), hired assassin and enforcer for mob kingpin, Sonny Corinthos. Amazingly, Jason never paid for his crimes. At least not a paid debt to society with time in prison.
So, when Nelle (Chloe Lanier) wanted a few tidbits of advice on how to get away with murder, she turned to Drew, one of her new Q-mansion-mates. Drew was like–‘What the heck is wrong with this girl?’ – we have a list, dude.
Yes, this actually happened.
Anyway, Nelle then went up to bed as her first night as Mrs. Michael Corinthos III, and Michael (Chad Duell) wanted nothing to do with her and waited till she faked being asleep to walk out.
That’s when Nelle did as he and Chase (Josh Swickard) hoped and called Chase asking for help to get out of her marriage with a whole lotta cash.
Over at Ferncliff, Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) visited Carly (Laura Wright) but the visit was cut short by Nurse Mary Ingalls. (Really, GH? Really? Mary-Pat’s last name is Ingalls? OK.)
Diane then reported to Sonny (Maurice Benard) about Carly’s condition and he was ready to threaten her new doctor and mess things up royally.
On Spoon Island, Liesl (Kathleen Gati) escaped the stables with Nina (Michelle Stafford) and Peter (Wes Ramsey) still inside.
Valentin (James Patrick Stuart), Maxie (Kirsten Storms), Lulu (Emme Rylan), and Finn (Michael Easton) arrived and Valentin rescued Nina. When Nina awoke and said Peter was still in there, Finn ran into the flames.
Finally, Liesl ended up on the docks in Port Charles where she was promptly arrested, but proud of herself for avenging her son’s death. Well done. Or maybe not…
