Things got pretty dark on “General Hospital” this week, and the real gloom is about to descend. After trying to stop the wedding between Michael and Nelle, Carly was dragged back to Ferncliff and locked in a padded cell.

That left Nelle herself free to go through with the wedding – after experiencing some pains, no less – although after overhearing her husband talk to Jason, she decided to speed up her plans.
Meanwhile, plans of a different sort encountered a snag, when Obrecht realized that she’d been discovered… and her solution was to burn both Peter and Nina alive. Everyone is disturbed, and next week will be devastating. Here are the spoilers.
Having narrowly escaped her dire calamity, Nina turns to Alexis for advice, hoping to find a way out of the pit that she has fallen into.
