General Hospital Recap (GH): Mike And Avery Were Found!

The General Hospital recap (GH) for Friday, April 20 features a bittersweet family reunion in Port Charles.

Lost And Found
It turned out Mike (Max Gail) took Avery to some stables to see horses, but they got stuck there overnight and Mike didn’t know exactly where they were–or who Avery was. He thought she was Courtney, even after Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) found them and explained that Courtney died.

Ava (Maura West)was at the police station when Chase arrived with Avery so she was the first family member to see her. Carly (Laura Wright) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) were at home and busy arguing about whether she’s losing her mind or not.

When they got to the PD, they wanted to take Avery home, but Ava wasn’t having any of that. She didn’t want Avery spending one more night in the same home as Mike.

The Jackal Strikes
In Switzerland, Jason (Steve Burton), Sam (Kelly Monaco), and Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) went undercover to get into the bank they were sure Henrik uses. Sam posed as a socialite, Jason was her bodyguard, and Spinelli played himself–the Jackal.

While in the bank’s computer, Spinelli found a recent deposit for Henrik in Iceland, as well as what he assumed was his picture, but nobody seemed to recognize it.

Those Big Brown Eyes
Back at the hotel, Robert (Tristan Rogers) and Anna (Finola Hughes) invited the school director over to talk about “Henri” but she assumed they were reporters. Anna revealed that she worked for the WSB and then got loads of information.

She learned the boy was sweet, smart, had a bad home situation, and needed a mother. He also loved to get lost playing someone else with his big, brown, expressive eyes that Robert could see on Anna.

Robert was determined to get to the bottom of why Anna was on this case and it looked like he finally had it figured out.
