The General Hospital recap for Wednesday, June 16, 2021, features Anna staging a one-woman hunt for Peter, Chase in desperate need of a reprieve, and so much more.
General Hospital Recap Highlight
Just when it seemed that Liz’s (Rebecca Herbst) day was looking up, she learned that Anna (Finola Hughes) was on the lookout for her errant nephew. And while Liz wondered what the chance was that Anna would find the secret elevator that she and Finn (Michael Easton) used to take Peter’s (Wes Ramsey) body down to the subbasement – before throwing him inside an inexplicably still functional freezer – Anna found said lift!
Do Or Die
The news is in…and it isn’t good. If Chase (Josh Swickard) survives the night, he’ll be a medical marvel. So, there’s nothing more for him to do than marry the woman that he loves with all his heart – but will Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) agree to marry her betrothed “right here, right now?”
The Might-Have-Beens
Curtis (Donnell Turner) wants Portia (Brook Kerr), and Portia wants Curtis, but Aunt Stella (Vernee Watson) just had to meddle and bring the budding romance to a standstill.
She does feel bad – kinda. In recompense, she offered Curtis the use of her empty house. He, of course, accepted….but only because a hotel is not a home, and because he has no idea that his beloved Auntie screwed up his love life.
Food For Thought
Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) delighted in reading Cyrus (Jeff Kober) for filth, and revealing that she and Taggert (Réal Andrews) have been offered immunity to testify against him.
Laura (Genie Francis) attempted to get in on the kick Cyrus while he’s down action, but he instead got in her mind with the insinuation that he helped unlock her dark side. On his way out, he saw Finn and got in one last barb. Joke’s on Cyrus though — what he said kicked Finn’s brain on and he realized exactly why his previous concoction failed!
Jealously Speaking
Carly (Laura Wright) really didn’t want to talk to Jason (Steve Burton) about a handover of power – funny that. What she did want to discuss, however, was Jason’s relationship with Britt (Kelly Thiebaud).
She’s not here for it…not in the slightest. Unluckily for Carly, Jason doesn’t seem to really care. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
