The General Hospital recap for Friday, September 6 features some much needed good news, familial conflict, and romantic memories.
Everything’s coming up roses for Cassadine and Co. Not only did Brad (Parry Shen) come through with the tampered DNA tests but Finn (Michael Easton) announced that Sasha’s (Sofia Mattsson) illness was responding well to the antibiotics and that she would soon be cured.
Still there was the black cloud of Cassandra Pierce hovering over their heads. During a private chat Nina (Cynthia Watros) told Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) that she wants him to “take care” of the devious blonde.
However, Valentin offered an alternate suggestion: sit back and allow Sonny to take care of their mutually enemy. After all, Cassandra could just as easily have gone after Michael so the Corinthos heir is still a potential target.
Jax (Ingo Rademacher) and Sonny argued over Dev’s (Ashton Arbab) presence at Cassa Corinthos and the dashing Aussie businessman offered to take custody of Josslyn once he has his new house purchased. Carly (Laura Wright) was immediately concerned and she told Sonny that they need to postpone any and all plans to adopt Dev.
Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) have a girls’ only lunch and the top of discussion is Alexis and Neil’s (Joe Flanigan) first official date. Diane was scandalized that Alexis and Neil did not have sex but instead played Drag Bingo at the Floating Rib.

But the event wasn’t a total wash considering the fact that not only did Alexis win the game but she and Neil shared a very passionate kiss.
At Pentonville, Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) and Nelle (Chloe Lanier) were left together in the same holding cell and the black widow had a surprising proposition for the cult leader.
As she explained it they both have a common enemy — the Quartermaine’s — so a team-up between the two was a no brainer. And Nelle is just dying to reunite Shiloh with baby Wiley.
Meanwhile, Lucas walked into the GH elevator with Wiley as Brad looked on in horror as Liesl and Michael joined him. General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
