General Hospital Recap: Big Breakups And Dirty Tricks

The General Hospital recap for December 7-11, 2020, features Julian stuck between a rock and hard place, a relationship ended, and so much more.

General Hospital Recap Highlights

Just when it seemed like Julian (William de Vry) had gotten away scot-free, here comes Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Jason (Steve Burton) onto the scene. Perhaps it was foolish of Jules to have made a pit stop in New York City, which we know is just a hop, skip, and a jump from Port Charles, in order to track down Kim (Tamara Braun). Surely he should have known that would be an obvious location to all those pursuing him.

And not only did Julian get caught red-handed during his attempted escape, he did so mere seconds after having to process the fact that just might have yet another child out there in the world. The mind boggles at the prospect of a Jerome/Nero baby. Yes, Kim had a baby she named Andy.

GH Musings

Did you greet Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) decision to divest herself of Jason with applause or boos? And what do you make of bonding sessions with Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Carly (Laura Wright)? Is it a sign of growth on the part of all three women? Do you want to see actual friendships form between the three?

Anyone else out there a little surprised at how easily Martin (Michael E. Knight) offered up the fact that he and Cyrus (Jeff Kober) are brothers? Does his not-quite-surprising revelation give even more credence to the theory that he, Cyrus, and Laura (Genie Francis) are all kin via Gordon Grey? Or are the men merely the sons of Laura’s step-mother, Florence?

What do you think? Post a comment!

Now that Sasha’s (Sofia Mattsson) out and about and determined to bring Cyrus down once for all, how long do you think before she’s put out of (possibly permeant) commission? Do you think that she and Brando (Jonny Wactor) should join forces?

Scotty Baldwin (Kin Shriner) has accidentally killed before – RIP Rick Webber – and he’s accidentally killed again. But this time, he’s got Liesl (Kathleen Gati) to assist him in the coverup.

But what effect will Dr. Kirk’s death have on Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and his not-yet completed mission? Will Liesl simply assume his habit of clicking a pen in order to spur her little Manchurian Candidate on?

What is with Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and her infantile excitement over a proposed double wedding? We could probably understand it if she were younger and didn’t already have two marriages under her belt.

And as for Finn (Michael Easton) and Anna (Finola Hughes), do they seriously need reminding that they are adults and can choose whether or not they want to participate in the ceremony? General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
