The General Hospital recap for Wednesday, November 25, 2020, features Ava telling Julian all about himself – and giving him one heck of an ultimatum.
Ava (Maura West) managed to sneak Julian (William deVry) onto Spoon Island and into Wyndemere, all under the nose of a prying Nikolas (Marcus Coloma). The couple’s conversation about Julian’s plans was interrupted by a phone call from Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) urging him to come to the hospital.
Nikolas decamped for GH immediately, leaving a distraught, fury-filled Ava behind. She admonished Julian for his reckless actions yet again and questioned at what point her blind faith in him as a sister turned into her being a murderer’s accomplice.
Julian’s attempts to explain himself fell on deaf ears as Ava was less than interested in hearing him play the victim. Then, she stunned her brother by offering him a final choice: he can either accept Nikolas’s offer of help (which will see him flee the country with money in his pockets) or he can stay in Port Charles and allow Sonny to dole out his brand of justice. Either way, Ava was done with her brother.
Over at GH, Lulu’s (Emme Rylan) anxious family members were informed of her deteriorating condition and the risky surgery she had been rushed in to. Though she momentarily lost her composure, Laura (Genie Francis) did her best to rally in order to provide her loved ones with comfort.
Later, Portia (Brook Kerr) revealed that Lulu had survived her operation, but she was left in a comatose state. A concerned Lucas (Matt Trudeau) involved himself in his cousin’s case and confided in the family that it wasn’t a matter of when Lulu would recover, it was a matter of IF.
News of Dev’s (Ashton Arbab) untimely end began to make the rounds with Carly (Laura Wright) delivering the news to Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and Trina (Sydney Mikayla). Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) told an utterly devastated Cameron (William Lipton).
But in the midst of the mourning sprung hope. Franco’s (Roger Howarth) surgery went better than expected and he awakened once Elizabeth joined him in his hospital room.
Meanwhile, in light of the news that The Floating Rib had indeed been bombed, Sonny (Maurice Benard) insisted on relocating his friends and family members…a move that greatly displeased a clearly fed-up Sam (Kelly Monaco).
