The General Hospital recap for Monday, October 18, 2021, features all roads leading to Greece, where there be dragons *ahem* we mean, Cassadines – well, one particularly awful Cassadine.
General Hospital Recap Highlights
Peter August (Wes Ramsey) betrayed Victor (Charles Shaughnessy), much to the surprise of no one, especially Victor. What was surprising, was that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) managed to avoid being mind-controlled by Peter by simply thinking about his beloved daughter (thanks Liesl!)…and beating the crap out of his tormentor; the beating helped a lot.
Equally surprising – or not, because Lord knows this show loves to drag out a story – was the outcome of Peter’s daring: Drew and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) both took a bullet – or, in Drew’s case, a hail of bullets and a plunge off a footbridge. Egg, meet Ana Devane’s (Finola Hughes) face. Anna Devane’s face, egg. Oh, and it was Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) who captured a fleeing Victor; Anna didn’t get anything right.
GH Recap: Night of the Creeper
Back in Port Charles, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) got their flirt on, then he regaled her with stories of his horrific upbringing; the perfect way to cap what, up to that point, had been a very lovely evening. Unbeknownst to the pair, their every move was being shadowed by a person unknown.
Opposite this, Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) was forced to surrender his laptop to Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), who, with a few keystrokes, discovered that said laptop was riddled with cloning tech…and quite possible loads of embarrassing stuff that’s all down to Scott. But he did figure out it originated out of Greece! Dun, dun, dun!
