General Hospital Promises 2017 “Goes Out With A Bang”–So Who Gets Shot?

While the holidays should be happy in Port Charles, this is a soap, so things can never be filled with jingle bells and jolly. Sure, a wedding is coming up, but apparently, the soap has some typical General Hospital (GH) plans, as well.

In its latest promo, GH treats us to a “Happy Holidays” video with snaps of your favorite characters looking happy as can be. Dressed in their holiday best, they are ready to celebrate, but the show pointed out in the tweet accompanying the video that 2017 will be going out with a bang.

And, of course it is–this is General Hospital and it’s been months since someone was shot, so we’re definitely due. Sonny and Drew (as Jason) both took bullets over the summer, so who’s in line this time? Jason? Carly? Maybe even Oscar?

Frankly, it can be anyone and we sure hope it doesn’t happen at Kevin and Laura’s wedding, but since Julian and Alexis’s wedding was interrupted by gunfire, that seems to be a PC theme.

All we know for sure is that it looks like 2018 will be starting with all the drama and suspense we’re used to, so strap in for the ride.
