General Hospital Poll: Who Is The Ideal Woman For Finn?

Finn is a popular — if dour — fellow on General Hospital. He’s engaged to Anna, our favorite spy, cop, mother, lover. And he has unfinished business with Hayden, con-artist, Webber, mother of his child. Which one is the better match for Finn (Michael Easton)? How over 19,000 fans voted:

Anna, of course, 63% of the fans didn’t have to think too long or hard. The woman is a superhero. She’s spied for both sides of the Iron Curtain! (That used to be a thing, young people, look it up.) She’s married larger than life figures like Robert (Tristan Rogers) and Duke (Ian Buchanan).

She’s managed to resist Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) dubious charms and has yet to join — or worship — the mob. Plus, she’s a great mom. To Robin (Kimberly McCullough), the child anyone actually cares about.

Finn cannot do better than Anna. If he thinks he can, he’s wrong. He’ll be lucky if she doesn’t dump him. But, until then, he better hold on tight.

Family Ties

Hayden was there first, 37% of General Hospital fans stubbornly remind. Finn loved her before Anna came into his life, and he would have kept on loving her if Hayden hadn’t lied, told him she miscarried their baby, and left town. Anna wasn’t a replacement for Hayden, she was the consolation prize. Finn never would have broken up with Hayden.

Now that she’s back, they can pick up where they left off, but even better — now with baby makes three! Finn deserves a normal family. Anna can never give him that. She’s a grandmother, for Pete’s sake!

Maybe, with Hayden and their child, Finn might even crack a smile. This could be a whole new Finn. And the fans are dying to give it a shot. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
